Santa Fe School of Cooking

Discover the evolution of regional ingredients and cooking methods, from their prehistoric roots to today’s world class cuisine.  We will focus on three distinct eras in our history;  pre-contact food, the Spanish influence and modern Santa Fe cuisine.  There will be hands-on work stations where a dish will be prepared to highlight each era.  Some of these delicious treats could include tamales and empanadas.
 

Guests will be tasting the food throughout the class.  Local beer, wine and soft drinks are available at an additional cost.  Iced tea and coffee are included.

This class is taught by some of the best chefs in Santa Fe.  It will be entertaining and educational, but also delicious too!
